Massage treatment incorporating smooth long strokes, kneading, passive joint movement, acupressure point work, and gentle percussive motions. This treatment serves to improve circulation, reduce stress and tension, improve the immune system, and revitalize the tissues.
Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage
Traditional massage techniques with a focused concentration on specific conditions by applying deeper pressure to alleviate pain and trauma. The reduction of adhesions and lengthening of tissues can help muscles to heal more rapidly after an injury, relieve pain, and improve posture.

Having been in health care for 25+ years, I have witnessed a precipitous increase in medical issues over the last several years.
